Everglades Birding Festival

South Florida is one of the top 10 birding destinations in the U.S where you can see unusual birds and the unique Everglades.  Festival target species include Limpkin, Short-tailed Hawk, Red-whiskered Bulbul, Mitred Parakeet, Grey-headed Swamphen, Burrowing Owl, Painted Bunting, Wood Stork, Snail Kite, Roseate Spoonbill and an average of 140 birds over the 5 days. Birding trips include Everglades, Corkscrew, Upper Keys, Stormwater Treatment Area 1, Palm Beach wetlands, South Dade exotics, and much more. Full-day field trips lead by TOP Florida Experts include transportation, lunch, snacks, and water. Also group dinners and evening programs at night. Limited to 60 participants to maximize the quality of the experience in order to increase contact with guides and the ability to see the birds. A major focus of the festival is to gain advanced birding skills for each participate, while adding life birds.
